I am pleased to introduce myself to ACSD parents, students and friends. My name is Ms. Linda P. Holland.
It is my pleasure to currently serve as the Professional School Guidance Counselor at Abbeville County Career Center (ACCC). I am committed to the education of these and future students.
I hold a Master's degree in Counselor Education from South Carolina State University (Guidance Counselor) as well as a Master's degree from Furman University in Educational Supervision and Leadership (Administration).
Career and Technology Education (CATE), in my opinion, is one of the best investments that the world of Education has to offer. On this website, it is my desire to inform you, the reader, of the innumerable possibilities the student has at his/her disposal in CATE.
What we do:
Of the 16 US Department of Education's Career clusters, ACCC has 6 represented. They are Architecture and Construction, Health Science, Hospitality and Tourism, Human Services, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics and Transportation, Distribution and Logistics.
An open invitation:
If you are a parent of an ACSD student (any level), please consider looking into the ACCC! There is a wealth of possibilities for everyone interested in the above named Career Clusters waiting here for you!!
We look forward to seeing you at ACCC.
"The possibilities are endless when the sky is your limit!"
